Kāhui Tū Kaha in Auckland is seeking a proactive office administrator to support tenancy and accounts teams within a community housing provider.

This role is responsible for providing daily administration support within our Tenancy or Accounts team. No two days will be the same, as there will be a variety of day-to-day tasks, you will need to be able to respond promptly to urgent maintenance queries and requests, assist with the completion of planned maintenance and cleaning of properties and maintain accurate and up-to-date information on repairs and installations in line with regulatory requirement.
The role requires that you have great initiative and thrive in situations that require you to think on your feet.

You are an experienced office administrator who is confident in dealing with all aspects of office and business administration.
