Corys Electrical is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join the Finance team in Auckland. You will own a range of AP tasks, includinginvoice processing, reconciliations, and supplier inquiries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams and suppliers, maintaining strong relationships while contributing to month-end activities and ad-hoc projects in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 3+ years’ reconciliation experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced Accounts Payable role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to investigate issues, identify discrepancies and implement solutions.
• Proactive approach and ownership of tasks.
• Strong communication skills to relations with suppliers and colleagues.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) & Continia essential.

• Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.

Whatyou’ll be doing

Reporting tothe Company Accountant, you’ll take ownership of a range of Accounts Payableactivities, including:

• Processingsupplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcilingsupplier statements and resolving discrepancies.
• Completingmonth-end general ledger reconciliations.
• Respondingto and resolving supplier and branch queries.
• Workingclosely with suppliers and branches to investigate and resolve issues.
• Managingsuppliers in credit balances.
• Followingup on Goods Received Not Invoiced (GRNI), particularly items over 90 days.
• Maintainingstrong, professional relationships with our suppliers and internalstakeholders.
• Providinginternal reporting and analysis as required.
