Job summary

Corys Electrical in New Zealand is seeking a Customer Service and Sales person to support branch operations by assisting customers at the counter, unpacking and receipting goods, and picking, packing and dispatching orders. You will welcome customers, listen to their needs, provide sound advice, and help them find products.

The role is physical and requires a full driver's license; F-endorsement is beneficial but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing retail or branch roles is a plus.
• Proven ability to assist customers with product selection.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Unpack and receipting goods in, and handling stock takes.
• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders and load delivery vehicles.

What does the Customer Service andSales person do?

This multifaceted counter-basedrole supports branch operations from assisting customers at the counter,unpacking and receipting goods in, to picking, packing, and dispatchingcustomer orders, loading the delivery vehicle and ensuring our customers get theirorders and quality service delivered on time every time.

They participate in everythingfrom inwards/outwards goods and stocktakes, to helping customers find theproducts they need and processing sales. How? By welcoming them to the branch,listening to their needs, and providing them with sound advice every time.

This role can be physically demanding, so a decent level ofphysical fitness is required. You will also need your full driver license. Having your F-endorsement is beneficial butnot required as we can get you trained in this area!
