This is an opportunity for an organised, relationship-focused person to build a career in account management while working with some of New Zealand's leading organisations.
You'll manage a portfolio of assigned clients and sites, taking responsibility for their day-to-day account needs. At the same time, you'll work closely with our Senior Key Account Manager, supporting the delivery and development of larger strategic accounts.
The role
You'll be involved in a broad range of account management activities, including:
You'll have ownership of your assigned accounts, while having the support and guidance needed to progressively take on greater responsibility and more complex clients.
About you
You may already have some experience in account management, customer service, sales coordination or a similar client-facing role. More importantly, you'll be someone who:
Experience in fire protection, facilities management, building services or a related industry would be useful, but it is not essential. What matters is your ability to learn, bring people together and deliver a consistently high standard of service.
