Job summary

Argus Fire Protection in Wellington is seeking an organised account management professional to manage a portfolio of assigned clients and sites, working with our Senior Key Account Manager to support larger strategic accounts.

You will build relationships, coordinate with operations, and prepare reports while monitoring service delivery and invoicing. This role offers a pathway to more senior account management and broader portfolio exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, customer service or sales coordination.
• Highly organised and able to prioritise competing demands.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and interest in service businesses.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Coordinate client requirements with operational teams.
• Prepare monthly reports, meeting agendas, minutes, and action registers.
• Monitor service delivery, invoicing, and contractual requirements.
• Maintain accurate account and asset information.
• Assist with reviews, renewals, proposals and new-site onboarding.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow existing client relationships.
• Support the Senior Key Account Manager across the wider portfolio.
