Job summary

The University of Auckland’s Faculty of Science is seeking an experienced Academic Services Manager at Auckland City Campus. This full-time leadership role oversees curriculum management, student support, academic compliance, and drives strategic service delivery for students and staff.

The successful candidate will lead a diverse team, collaborate across Admissions, Student Engagement, Timetabling and Enrolment, and report to the Director of Faculty Operations. 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a similar management role leading a team.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Proven skills in team building, change management and collaboration.
• Strong financial acumen, reporting and analytics.
• Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and equity in student services.

Responsibilities
