Job summary

Skuld in Oslo is seeking an Executive, Underwriting Operations to support the Hull underwriting team. The role focuses on assisting underwriters with policy modifications, record maintenance, KYC/compliance, and cross-team collaboration to ensure accurate and efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Education in shipping, business administration, or maritime work experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good IT and system knowledge.
• Fluent in English and Norwegian, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
• Structured training and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Support underwriters with policy modifications and record maintenance.
• Assist with KYC & compliance-related matters.
• Maintain accurate records and assist in cross-team collaboration.
• Enter and verify documents, update databases and produce reports.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Claims and Operations teams.
