Job summary

Arval Oslo is seeking an OPC officer to organize operational risk management and maintain the permanent control framework across Norway. This role focuses on risk identification, assessment and remediation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and Group policies.

You will manage RCSA processes, maintain risk taxonomy, and coordinate controls, reporting, and governance with local teams and 1st LoD. Strong analytical skills and bilingual Norwegian/English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, risk management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in auditing or risk management.
• Excellent language skills in Norwegian and English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of compliance, regulatory, industry and Group standards.

Responsibilities

• Organize operational risk management and the permanent control framework across the Norwegian organization.
• Manage Risk and Control Self-Assessment related processes.
• Identify and assess risks and controls and maintain risk taxonomy and risk assessment.
• Ensure effective RCSA implementation within the 1st LoD control perimeter.
• Contribute to remediation plans and follow-up actions.
• Develop and maintain procedures aligned with Group requirements.
• Define and update the control plan and oversee its execution.
• Follow up findings, recommendations, and external/internal audit requirements.
• Manage historical incidents and fraud risk awareness measures.
• Coordinate local Conduct framework and governance activities.
