Qualifications

• 4+ years of rewards experience with Nordic compensation, benefits and compliance knowledge.
• Experience driving end-to-end reward processes and embedding pay-for-performance.
• Strong project management skills in fast-paced environments.
• Commercially sharp with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Enthusiasm for technology and AI, and comfort using HRIS data.
• Strong stakeholder management across a cross-border organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year rewards strategy and drive end-to-end roadmap.
• Manage key reward projects and governance across HR, Finance, and regional teams.
• Mentor and grow the rewards team.
• Drive automation and data analytics to improve reward processes.
• Prepare and present insights to senior leadership and the Board.
