This position collaborates with HR, Finance and business leaders to ensure alignment of Total Rewards strategies with business goals, while monitoring market trends and regulatory developments to keep DNV competitive.

Qualifications

• Experience in compensation and Total Rewards design, governance and delivery.
• Ability to lead executive compensation processes and influence compensation policy.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor on compensation, incentives and Total Rewards.
• Shape and enhance compensation philosophy, frameworks and policies.
• Lead the executive compensation process and oversee preparations for the Compensation Committee.
• Govern global annual salary reviews.
• Contribute to design of global employee incentive programmes.
• Support Total Rewards strategic initiatives and transformation projects.
• Monitor external market trends, reward practices and regulatory developments.
• Partner with HR, Finance and business leaders to translate Total Rewards strategy into global practices.
