Job summary

DNV is seeking a Global Total Rewards Partner to shape and advance our worldwide compensation and Total Rewards agenda. You will design, govern and continuously improve compensation programs that attract, retain and reward employees across our international organization.

You will work in a highly collaborative global environment, partnering with stakeholders across regions and business areas to evolve Total rewards practices while supporting business growth and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Significant experience within Total Rewards in a global organisation.
• Experience in designing group-wide incentive schemes.
• Experience supporting executive compensation or board/committee processes is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills in English and preferably in Norwegian.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor on compensation, incentives and Total Rewards.
• Shape and enhance DNV's compensation philosophy, frameworks and policies.
• Lead the executive compensation process and oversee preparations for the Compensation Committee.
• Govern DNV’s global annual salary review.
• Govern and contribute to the design of global employee incentive programmes.
• Contribute to the development of DNV's Total Rewards agenda through strategic initiatives.
• Monitor external market trends, reward practices and regulatory developments.
• Partner with HR, Finance and business leaders to translate Total rewards strategy into global practices.
