You will work with expert colleagues in the Talent Management team to deliver end-to-end talent solutions, data-driven insights, and governance, while growing your career in a high-performance, cross-cultural environment.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of professional People experience, with significant Talent Management exposure in a large international organisation.
• Experience designing and delivering talent initiatives such as succession, development, or internal mobility.
• Experience turning talent data into executive insights and decision support.
• Experience advising senior leaders and driving change across complex organisations.
• Excellent digital and analytical skills; familiarity with AI-enabled talent solutions is a plus.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advance the talent management framework across the organisation.
• Leverage AI-driven internal talent marketplace to elevate talent strategies.
• Analyse talent data and deliver high-quality reports and executive presentations.
• Advise Heads of People and People Business Partners on talent governance and strategy.
• Collaborate across Group People to align business needs with talent initiatives.
