Job summary

Ikm Gruppen AS søker erfarne sikkerhetsingeniører for offshore olje og gass på NCS. Rollen omfatter FSA/SIL, områdeklassifisering og design av F&G/ESD, og utvikling av rømningsveier. Du vurderer WHERA og kjemisk risiko, og deltar i eksterne miljøvurderinger og utslipp.

Stillingen krever solid olje– og gass-erfaring, kjennskap til NORSOK/ISOr/PSA-krav, og flytende norsk og engelsk. Arbeidssted er Stavanger, fulltidsstilling med varighet fra 30/11/2026 til 31/01/2028.

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor degree in relevant engineering field.
• Solid Oil & Gas experience on the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS).
• Experience with FEED and early study projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of offshore process and process safety design.
• Experience conducting HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA and WHERA.
• Knowledge of NORSOK, PTIL, ISO, PSA, API standards.
• Strong communication in Norwegian and English.
• A systematic, accurate and collaborative working attitude.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Perform Functional Safety Engineering (FSA) and Safety Integrity Level (SIL) activities.
• Handle area classification and design of Fire and Gas (F&G) / Emergency Shut Down (ESD) systems.
• Develop plans for escape routes and evacuation means.
• Design active and passive fire protection (PFP) systems.
• Assess working environment factors (WHERA, chemical risk analysis, Human factors).
• Manage external environment assessments (BAT, environmental budgets, emissions, discharge to sea, chemical usage).

Required expertise

• Master or Bachelor degree within relevant engineering topics.
• Solid experience within the Oil & Gas industry on the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS).
• Experience with FEED and early study projects is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of offshore process and process safety design.
• Experience conducting HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, and WHERA.
• Good knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations (NORSOK, PTIL, ISO, PSA, API).
• Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
• A systematic, accurate, and collaborative working attitude.
