Volue is seeking a Customer Support Consultant to join the Nordic Distribution Support team, focusing on Elsmart. You will own customer cases from receipt to resolution, guiding customers with technical and functional help and collaborating with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.

Ideal candidates are curious, structured, and eager to learn, with strong communication skills in Norwegian/Scandinavian languages and English, and a background in IT, energy, or electrical engineering.

Qualifications

• Education in IT, technology, energy or electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication in Norwegian/Scandinavian languages and English.
• Willingness to learn and strong problem-solving mindset.

Responsabilités

• Receive, log and prioritize customer requests and incidents.
• Investigate and troubleshoot technical and functional issues.
• Coordinate with other teams to resolve cases and ensure clear communication.
• Provide guidance and support to customers throughout the case lifecycle.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of Support processes.
