Volue ASA is seeking a Customer Support Consultant to join our Nordic Distribution Support team, based in Trondheim or Arendal. You will help customers solve technical and functional issues related to Elsmart, taking ownership of cases from intake to resolution and communicating clearly throughout.

We value curiosity, structured problem solving and proactive collaboration with colleagues across Managed Services, Consultants, Developers and Product to continuously improve how we support customers

Formación

• Relevant education in IT, technology, energy or electrical engineering; 1–3 years of professional experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and find solutions to problems that may not have an obvious answer.
• Structured and able to prioritize when several cases require attention.
• Clear verbal and written communication, with ability to explain technical topics to customers.
• Ownership of cases from receipt to resolution or clear next step.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, log and prioritize customer requests and incidents.
• Investigate and troubleshoot technical and functional issues.
• Follow up with customers throughout the lifecycle of a case and communicate proactively.
• Coordinate cases needing involvement from other teams or expertise.
• Collaborate with Managed Services, Consultants, Developers and Product to identify root causes of recurring incidents.
