Job summary

Eaton's CEAG hazardous area and explosion-protected power distribution solutions are supported by a Nordic Technical Customer Service Supervisor who leads a small team of three specialists and acts as the technical expert for customers across Norway and the Nordic region.

Qualifications

• Degree, diploma, or certification in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a technical customer service, engineering, project support, or similar role.
• Experience in oil & gas, offshore, marine, or other industrial sectors is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of three Technical Customer Service Specialists.
• Manage and support technical and project inquiries related to CEAG Ex power distribution systems.
• Specify and prepare quotations for hazardous area distribution panels and related solutions.
• Provide technical support to customers and sales teams within the oil & gas, offshore, and industrial sectors.
• Ensure enquiries, quotations, and orders are processed per Eaton policies and procedures.
