Job summary

AVEC Human Resources Services is seeking a calm and technically minded Norwegian-speaking customer support specialist to assist premium home appliance customers remotely from Greece. You will guide setup, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate service visits while providing excellent service over calls and emails.

The role requires native or advanced Norwegian, English training proficiency (B2), strong PC skills, and basic mechanical understanding.

Qualifications

• Native or C1 Norwegian proficiency.
• English at least B2 for training.
• Experience in contact centers is a plus (mandatory only for Remote Assistance roles).
• Strong PC skills and basic technical understanding.
• Calm, clear communication and good problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and emails from customers.
• Provide remote troubleshooting and technical guidance for appliances.
• Assist with setup, programming and usage questions.
• Arrange service appointments with technicians.
• Help customers find and order spare parts.
• Use video calls and remote diagnostic tools for advanced support.
• Coordinate on-site technician visits when needed.
