Job summary

Vår Energi AS seeks a strategic Workforce & Organisation Manager to lead development of key frameworks, processes and initiatives that ensure the company has the capabilities, skills and workforce needed to execute on strategy. You will shape and evolve our workforce and organisation agenda, including strategic workforce planning, internal mobility, talent management, and job architecture.

Qualifications

• Relevant higher education in business, organisational development, HR, strategy, economics or related discipline.
• Proven experience in workforce planning, organisational development, transformation, management consulting, HR strategy.
• Experience developing organisational frameworks, governance models and strategic initiatives.
• Strong understanding of organisational design, workforce planning, talent management and change management.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to use data, analytics and digital solutions to support decision-making.
