Vår Energi is seeking a Cyber Security & Governance Manager to strengthen our IT & Digital organisation. You will lead cyber security governance, risk management and compliance across IT and OT, developing our framework and helping the business manage cyber risk pragmatically.

You will collaborate with leaders, asset teams and technology groups, translating complex risk topics into clear actions. The role suits a strategic, collaborative leader with a hands-on mindset, focusing on value creation

Qualifications

• Experience in cyber security governance, risk management and compliance at senior levels.
• Ability to communicate risk to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with operational technology and critical infrastructure is a plus.
