You will support strategy development, performance follow-up and risk management across the organization, working with business lines and senior management to turn priorities into practical actions.

The role focuses on identifying improvement opportunities, enabling better decisions and stronger execution.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably from the oil and gas industry.
• Solid knowledge of the energy industry and energy markets.
• Strong understanding of the oil and gas industry, practices, and business conditions.

Responsibilities

• Identify improvement opportunities and support initiatives that strengthen performance and value creation across the company.
