Vår Energi AS is seeking an experienced Field Architect to strengthen our field development organisation and support maturation of growth opportunities across our portfolio. You will work with teams across subsurface, drilling, facilities and commercial disciplines to shape developments and inform major investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant field development planning experience.
• Strong understanding of early phase project development and concept selection processes.
• Experience with economic evaluations, value creation and investment decision support.
• Challenging tasks in a dynamic environment with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust field development concepts from early-phase assessments through decision-making and maturation.
• Collaborate across subsurface, drilling, facilities and commercial disciplines to identify optimal development solutions.
• Support strategic project decisions and major investment planning across the portfolio.
• Contribute to influencing major investment decisions and maximize value across assets.
