Vår Energi AS in Stavanger seeks a Cyber Security & Governance Manager to strengthen our IT & Digital organisation. You will oversee cyber security governance, risk management and compliance across information technology and operational technology, and help develop our security framework.

Collaborating with leaders, asset teams and technology functions, you will translate complex risk topics into practical decisions, supporting the business while promoting continuous learning and responsible

Qualifications

• Relevant higher education in cyber security, information technology, engineering or related discipline.
• Extensive experience in cyber security, risk management and governance at senior level.
• Experience with compliance, assurance and security frameworks.
• Experience from operational technology, energy sector or critical infrastructure is an advantage.
• Strong ability to communicate risk to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cyber security governance, risk management and compliance across IT and OT.
• Help develop and implement the cyber security framework.
• Support the business in managing cyber risk with practical, effective actions.
• Collaborate with leaders, asset organisations and technology teams to ensure risk is considered in decisions.
