You will shape the workforce and organisation agenda, including strategic planning, design, mobility, talent and job architecture, collaborating with senior leaders to translate priorities into actions with data and insights to back decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in workforce planning and organisational development.
• Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional initiatives.
