Vår Energi is seeking a Cyber Security & Risk Manager to strengthen our IT & Digital organisation. You will lead cyber security governance, risk management and compliance across IT and OT, developing our security framework and helping the business manage cyber risk in a practical way.

You will collaborate with leaders, asset teams, and technology units to ensure risk is understood and considered in decision-making. This demanding role values strategic leadership and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in cyber security, risk management and governance at senior management level.
• Experience with compliance, assurance and security frameworks.
• Experience from operational technology or critical infrastructure is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Govern cyber security governance, risk management and compliance across IT and OT.
• Develop and mature our cyber security framework and risk processes.
• Collaborate with technology teams and leaders to communicate risk effectively.
