Qualifications

• Experience as Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruiter in a large international IT organization.
• Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and create engaging candidate experiences.
• Experience with ATS and other recruitment tools; quick to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and leaders as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and geographies with a strong candidate experience.
• Provide labor market insights and data-driven recommendations for hiring decisions and workforce planning.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
• Leverage recruitment analytics to optimize processes and hiring outcomes.
• Promote employer branding through talent attraction initiatives and social media.
