Northern.tech is seeking a talent acquisition and brand builder to evangelize our culture and attract top talent across Europe, including Oslo and remote locations. You will craft stories, content, and events that showcase how we work and why it matters.

Ideal candidates will own the end-to-end recruitment process, build a robust talent pipeline, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale our distributed organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in employer branding, communications, or content creation, at a culture-first company.
• Experience building talent pools and be responsible for 360 recruitment.
• Experience working with and testing out new technologies and strong interest in automating repetitive tasks.
• Experience working with hybrid (central and distributed) organizations.
• Very strong multicultural interpersonal skills.
• Humble, with strong self-confidence.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary evangelist of Northern.tech's culture and beliefs, making how we work and why it matters visible externally.
• Build content, presence, and storytelling (blog, social, talks, community) that makes our culture recognizable and attractive to candidates and across our ecosystem.
• Build and maintain a strong, consistent pipeline of high quality candidates as a natural result of strong employer branding.
• Manage the recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
• Automate and streamline processes wherever possible.
• Support light touches of the broader employee lifecycle (e.g., onboarding handoff) as the role grows.
