Job summary

Bain & Company Oslo is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to attract and hire top talent for the Oslo office. This 100% allocation role requires experience from a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and a start date as soon as possible.

You’ll be part of a close-knit Nordic recruiting team across Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo and Stockholm, supporting recruitment processes and employer branding activities to ensure smooth, high-quality execution.

Qualifications

• BA/BSc or MSc in Business, HR or equivalent.
• 1-4 years of experience in recruitment, event coordination or similar role.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for associates and interns, from screening to offers.
• Plan and execute employer branding events and campaigns for Nordic recruiting.
• Contribute to local recruiting strategy and activity plans with consulting teams.
• Serve as main point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Nordic and local teams to share best practices and drive improvements.
• Manage recruitment data, budget and reporting.
