What Makes Us a Best Place to Work

We are proud to be consistently recognized as one of the world’s best places to work. We are currently the top ranked consulting firm on Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work list and have earned the #1 overall spot a record seven times. Extraordinary teams are at the heart of our business strategy, but these don’t happen by chance. They require intentional focus on bringing together a broad set of backgrounds, cultures, experiences, perspectives, and skills in a supportive and inclusive work environment. We hire people with exceptional talent and create an environment in which every individual can thrive professionally and personally.

We are currently looking for a Recruiting Specialist to attract and hire the right talent for our Oslo office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous experience from a fast paced, results orientated environment who is passionate about recruiting for top talent. The position is a 100% allocation, with start date as soon as possible.

You’ll be part of a close-knit, high-performing Nordic recruiting team, consisting of eight passionate colleagues based in Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo and Stockholm. In this role, you’ll support and manage recruitment processes and employer branding activities in the Nordics, ensuring smooth and high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

As Recruiting Specialist, you'll play a vital role in attracting, nurturing and hiring the next generation of talented consultants from leading academic institutions. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating end-to-end recruitment for Associate Consultants and interns, from application screening and interview day coordination to offer and closing
  • Managing and coordinating Employer Branding events for recruiting — from planning and strategy to execution, applications, and candidate outreach
  • Providing input to local recruiting strategy and executing activity plans together with consulting teams
  • Serving as the main point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborating with Nordic and local recruiting teams to share best practices and helping to drive continuous improvements
  • Managing recruitment data, budget, and reporting
What we offer
  • A dynamic, international and diverse work environment
  • A collaborative, high-achieving and fun team
  • A beautifully renovated office in the heart of Oslo
  • Sports, activities and a competitive benefits package
Qualifications and Experience
  • BA/BSc or MSc degree in Business, HR or equivalent
  • 1-4 years of experience in recruitment, event coordination or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English (written and spoken)
Personal Attributes

You’re a service-minded, organized team player with strong communication skills. You work well under pressure and productively both independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment. You handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, prioritize assignments with attention to detail and high standards. Flexibility, resilience, and a positive, can-do attitude are essential—along with a good sense of humour.
