Omega 365 Consulting, Tananger, Rogaland, Norway, seeks an HR & Payroll professional for a six-month engagement. You will partner with stakeholders, maintain HR data quality in SAP, and support sick leave, payroll processes, and regulatory compliance.

Fluency in Norwegian and English, strong analytical skills, and 3–5 years of HR & Payroll experience are required. Opportunities to extend may arise based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR, Finance, Economics or Legal.
• Minimum 3–5 years HR & Payroll experience.
• High analytical abilities and data-driven approach.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent Norwegian and English, strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Be a proactive business partner on all elements of HR and Payroll.
• Provide and ensure quality HR data for business purposes and analysis.
• Perform and understand full HR/Payroll processes, systems and regulations.
• Manage welfare, budgets, and payroll processes for Ekofisk Junior and related programs.
