Job summary

IKM Consultants AS in Stavanger invites an HR & Payroll specialist to act as a proactive business partner across HR and Payroll processes. You will ensure high-quality HR data for reporting, support stakeholders, and manage payroll activities including Ekofisk Junior payroll, benefits programs, and compliance with policies and unions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain data integrity in SAP, and drive improvements in data workflows and HR/payroll integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years HR & Payroll experience.
• High degree of analytical abilities.
• Strong computer skills including SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in Norwegian and English.
• Partners effectively and credibly across teams and organizations on HR matters.
• Commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Required expertise
