Job summary

Omega 365 Consulting is seeking an HR & Payroll professional for a 6-month assignment in Tananger, Norway. You will partner with stakeholders on HR/payroll matters, ensure data quality for analysis, and manage payroll processes in SAP while maintaining compliance with regulations.

The role requires 3–5 years of HR & payroll experience, strong analytical skills, and fluency in Norwegian and English. Limited travel may be involved; the position includes collaboration with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR, Finance, Economics or Legal.
• 3–5 years HR & Payroll experience.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent Norwegian and English verbal and written skills.
• Able to handle confidential employee and company information.

Responsibilities

• Act as a proactive HR/Payroll business partner.
• Provide and ensure quality HR data for analysis.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and payroll regulations.
• Analyze HR data including payroll and staffing reports.
• Coordinate with SAP and related systems for payroll processes.
