IKM in Stavanger seeks an experienced HR & Payroll professional to act as a proactive business partner across HR and payroll processes. You will ensure high-quality HR data for analysis, support stakeholders, and manage payroll processes with SAP expertise.

The role requires 3–5 years of HR & payroll experience, strong analytical skills, and fluency in Norwegian and English. The assignment runs from December 1, 2026 for 6 months with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters Degree in relevant discipline (i.e. HR, Finance, Economics, Legal etc.)
• Minimum 3-5 years HR & Payroll experience
• High degree of analytical abilities
• Strong computer skills including SAP and Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written skills in Norwegian and English

Responsabilités

• Be a proactive business partner on all elements of HR and Payroll
• Provide and ensure quality HR data for business purposes and analysis
• Perform with in-depth knowledge of HR and Payroll processes, systems and regulations
• Advise and support stakeholders on issues related to HR and Payroll
• Provide HR data for business purposes such as sick leave, leave of absence, manning reports, variable pay
• Analyze HR data payroll, employee data, organizational changes, etc.
• Process and verify personnel and organizational changes (e.g., Manager Express)
• Understand and prepare for the full Payroll process
• Ensure data flow between HR BP and Payroll
• Ensure gold standard organization and employee data quality in SAP
• Responsible for Ekofisk Junior monthly payroll
• Support various benefit programs (Stock Saving Plan, sick leave, employee loans, etc.)
• Advise employees and supervisors on timesheet input and compensation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and union agreements
• Welfare budget and processes; act as partner and driver in Welfare Committee

• -Perform in accordance with an in depth knowledge and understanding of HR and Payroll processes, systems and regulations
• -Be a business partner, advise and support stakeholders on issues related to HR and Payroll
• -Provide HR data for business purposes sick leave, leave of absence, manning reports, variable pay etc.

Required expertise
