Job summary

Omega 365 Consulting is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to strengthen the Financial Reporting & Tax team in Stavanger. You will ensure invoices are paid on time, support the approval process, and drive continuous improvements across the Purchase to Pay cycle.

The role involves interactions with multiple stakeholders, handling reminders, and serving as the vendor contact for payment status. Fluency in Norwegian and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• SAP knowledge.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Self-starter with a strong delivery focus, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Structured, accurate and proactive review of processes.
• Team player able to involve others in own work.

Responsibilities

• Process and pay invoices within due dates.
• Monitor vendor invoice system and drive improvements.
• Record invoices in proper accounting periods per policy.
• Handle reminders and debt collections.
• Be primary contact for vendors on payment status.
• Assist with ad hoc P2P projects.
