Dovre Solutions AS in Norway invites an experienced HR & Payroll professional to join our team. The role focuses on acting as a proactive business partner on all HR and payroll elements, ensuring accurate data and compliant processes across the organization.

You will handle payroll processes, prepare reports, support stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Fluency in Norwegian and English, strong analytical skills, and hands-on SAP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years HR & Payroll experience.
• High degree of analytical abilities.
• Strong computer skills including SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in both Norwegian and English.
• Partners effectively and credibly across teams on HR matters.

Responsabilités

• Be a business partner, advise and support stakeholders on HR & Payroll issues.
• Provide HR data for sickness, leave, manning reports, variable pay, etc.
• Analyze payroll data, employee data and organizational changes.
• Process and verify personnel and organizational changes from Manager Express.
• Understand and prepare for the full Payroll process and monthly payroll.
• Ensure data quality in SAP and data flow between HR and Payroll.

Function

Purpose:

• To be a proactive business partner on all elements of HR and Payroll
• Provide and ensure quality HR data for business purposes and analysis
• Perform in accordance with an in depth knowledge and understanding of HR and Payroll processes, systems and regulations

Accountability & End Result:

Degree of accountability for the following will vary between position holders;

• Be a business partner, advise and support stakeholders on issues related to HR and Payroll
• Provide HR data for business purposes – sick leave, leave of absence, manning reports, variable pay etc.
• Analysis of HR data – payroll, employee data, organizational changes etc.
• Process and verify personnel and organizational changes from e.g. Manager Express
• Understand and prepare for the full Payroll process
• Ensure a good process for integration and data flow between HR BP and Payroll
• Ensure "gold" organization and employee data quality in SAP
• Responsible for monthly payroll
• Responsible for various benefit programs and processes, like the Stock Saving Plan, sick leave, employee loans and leave of absence.
• Advise employees and supervisors on time sheet input and compensation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and union agreements.
• Welfare, manage and follow up budget, processes and decisions – active partner and driver in the Welfare Committee

• Laws and regulations related to Payroll

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in relevant discipline (i.e. HR, Finance, Economics, Legal etc.)
• Minimum 3-5 years HR & Payroll experience
• High degree of analytical abilities
• Strong computer skills including (but not limited to) SAP and Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written skills in both Norwegian and English.
• Partners effectively and credibly across teams and organizations on all HR matters

• Business/Quantitative acumen
• Identifies, promotes and implements best practices in area of responsibility
• Professional ability to handle confidential employee and company information
• Manages detailed work within constant deadlines and time constraints
