The role covers recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision support and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years in HR advisory, compensation & benefits, HR analytics, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of Norwegian employment law and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and strategic HR advisory to managers and employees.
• Coordinate compensation and benefits processes, including salary reviews and market benchmarking.
• Develop HR metrics, dashboards, and reports to support management decisions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and internal governance.
