Job summary

Right Skills AS is seeking an experienced People Advisor, Compensation & Benefits in Stavanger, Norway. The role focuses on compensation, benefits, HR analytics, salary reviews, and strategic HR advisory for a client in the oil and gas sector.

You will support managers with data-driven insights, workforce planning, and governance of remuneration processes, while ensuring high-quality HR data and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR, finance, business administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and strategic HR advice to managers and employees in areas including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, organisational changes, and termination of employment.
• Support managers in workforce planning, organisational effectiveness, and employee-related decisions.
• Provide guidance on the application and interpretation of internal policies, procedures, Norwegian employment law, and collective agreements.
• Initiate, coordinate, and execute compensation and benefits processes, including salary reviews, market benchmarking, job evaluation, incentive schemes, and remuneration governance.
• Analyse salary structures, compensation data, and market information, and prepare evidence-based recommendations.
• Develop, maintain, and analyse HR metrics, dashboards, and reports that support management decision-making.
