Quality Hotel 33 is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join our Food and Beverage team and help create exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As second-in-command, you will report to the Head Chef and lead kitchen operations with passion and discipline.

The ideal candidate combines culinary excellence with strong leadership, excels in mise en place, and fosters teamwork in a fast-paced environment while upholding food safety standards and cost awareness.

Qualifikationen

• Proven leadership experience in a professional kitchen.
• Culinary education or relevant training.
• Strong communication in Norwegian or Scandinavian language.
