Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Chef or similar leadership role.

• Degree or certification in Culinary Arts preferred.

Head Chef

As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations and leading a team of culinary professionals. Your creative flair and passion for food will drive the menu development and ensure the highest quality dishes are delivered to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design menus that reflect our culinary vision, utilizing local ingredients and seasonal produce
• Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations
• Work closely with the management team to control costs while maintaining high quality standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, flavors, ingredients, and plating presentations
• Ability to lead and motivate a team towards success while maintaining a positive work environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
• Degree or certification in Culinary Arts is preferred
