Workday is seeking a Sr Functional Consultant for Workday Success Plans with Revenue focus. You will engage directly with customers, delivering microconsulting engagements, configuration guidance, and feature demonstrations to optimize Workday utilization.

The role emphasizes clear communication, problem solving, and ability to travel up to 20% to customer sites or events. A Workday Certification or ability to certify is required, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Certification in Workday or ability to certify in Workday concepts.
• Ability to distill complex concepts into understandable presentations for customers.
• Strong multitasking ability across multiple engagements and deliverables.
• Proven critical thinking to understand complex technical process issues.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as required by customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver microconsulting engagements to help customers solve business needs using Workday.
• Provide configuration guidance and demonstrations, plus tips & tricks.
• Troubleshoot product configuration to meet customer requirements.
• Communicate responses and value to customers clearly and effectively.
• Create and deliver customer presentations on Workday features to achieve business goals (Accelerator Webinars).
• Provide one-on-one consulting guidance to accelerate feature adoption (Feature Accelerator).
• Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews).
• Maintain Workday Certification and stay updated with Workday roadmap.
