Job summary

Workday is seeking a Senior Procurement Systems Manager to join our Procurement Center of Excellence. You will lead global initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to design scalable Spend Management solutions and drive next-generation procurement processes across the enterprise.

You will manage system implementations, integrations and migrations, shape product feature requests, and support adoption of enhancements.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing, administering and integrating SaaS software.
• 4+ years in Procurement Systems Management and Source to Pay design.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive multi-functional programs with clear objectives and timelines.
• Define user requirements and translate into scalable solutions.
• Demonstrate Spend Management system expertise and improve processes.
• Collaborate with Product teams to share insights on Spend Management.
• Manage procurement system administration, data migrations, and training.
• Build strong relationships with Workmates and business partners.
