Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of hands on business analysis experience.
• 5+ years of ERP systems experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Delivery Systems projects for Workday PSA within the CX Delivery Systems team.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system driven solutions.
• Provide day-to-day hands-on problem management guidance and support for business partners.
• Collaborate with teams across geographies and functions to ensure regional alignment.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and audits; prepare presentations for various forums.
