Workday seeks a Director of Professional Services Finance to lead financial planning and analysis for our services organization. You will partner with Services Leadership and Corp Finance to establish performance standards, build scalable processes, and forecast with high predictability.

You will drive multi-year strategic plans, monitor KPIs, and ensure financial data informs executive decisions while supporting business growth and profitability. This role reports to senior finance leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant Finance experience.
• 8+ years of experience in Business Partnering Finance Roles.
• 5+ years of experience supporting a sales/services organization as finance business partner.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Services Leadership to establish and drive functional budget tracking standards.
• Develop and implement short-term financial and operational plans (budgets and forecasts).
• Set business framework for running investments, resource allocations, planning, operations and performance measurements.
• Provide management with decision support and build/maintain strong business controls.
• Understand competitive landscape including business strategies, cost structures and key metrics.
