Crunched is building autonomous AI-enabled analysts for Excel-powered strategy and corporate finance. Join a small founding-like team to own architecture, code, infra and data flows in a high-tempo environment.

You will work with Python, TypeScript, React, and Postgres, building agent-based, durable systems and shipping features rapidly while collaborating with customers. Roles are on-site in Oslo or New York.

Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals and eye for detail.
• Bias to ship and own outcomes end-to-end.
• Experience with Python, TypeScript, React and Postgres.

Responsibilities

• Build production-ready autonomous workflows used by analysts and investors.
• Own end-to-end delivery: architecture, code, infra, performance.
• Work with agents, LLMs, and durable execution for high-stakes data flows.
• Push code daily in a fast-paced team focused on speed and product thinking.
• Collaborate with founders and customers to ship features.
• Shape stack, patterns, and engineering culture for future hiring.
