Crunched in Oslo is seeking a hands-on Marketing Lead to translate a powerful AI-for-Excel product into compelling content and campaigns. You will create product videos, ads, and LinkedIn content, own content production from concept to publish, and plan events to build awareness and customer relationships.

You will shape Crunched's positioning and tone, test channels, learn from performance, and scale what works.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of marketing or content experience.
• Strong portfolio showing work you created yourself.
• Creative judgment with speed and commercial thinking.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership from day one.
• Comfort switching between product storytelling, content, campaigns and events.
• Experience with performance ads is a strong plus.

Responsibilities
