Crunched is assembling the core Oslo team and hiring a Senior UX Designer to own the user experience of our AI analyst, deeply integrated into Excel. You will design end-to-end UX, create interaction models for AI-driven workflows, and reduce cognitive load while building trust with users across Europe and the US.

You think in systems and flows, shipping work that actually changes how professionals operate.

Qualifications

• Senior UX designer with hands-on mastery and strategic thinking.
• Proven ability to design for AI-driven, data-heavy tools.
• Experience shipping across web apps and Excel integrations.
• Strong collaboration with engineers and product leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end UX of Crunched's AI analyst—from concept to shipped product.
• Design interaction models for AI-driven workflows, not just screens.
• Apply user psychology to reduce cognitive load and build trust.
• Build and evolve a systematic UX framework grounded in user feedback.
• Design within the constraints of Excel while expanding beyond it.
• Partner with engineers to ensure feasible, performant designs.
• Continuously test, learn, and iterate with real users across Europe and the US.
• Shape the long-term UX strategy and design language.
