Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant marketing or content experience.
• Strong portfolio showing self-created work.

• Comfort switching between product storytelling, content, campaigns and events.
• Experience with performance ads is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Create product videos, ads, LinkedIn content, and other assets.
• Own content production from idea to publishing.
• Plan and run events to build awareness and relationships.
• Shape Crunched’s positioning, messaging, and tone of voice.
• Test channels, learn from outcomes, and scale successful campaigns.
• Contribute to performance marketing and paid acquisition.
