Job summary

Mercury, the European leader in construction solutions, seeks a Senior Planner for Kristiansand to own the planning lifecycle across complex projects. You will drive schedule strategy, lead CP and EVM activities, and collaborate with site teams and clients to ensure robust, auditable programmes.

The role demands advanced Primavera P6 skills, DCMA/CPM experience, and a strong eye for progress, risk, and resource deployment with clear KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years planning and project controls in large-scale construction.
• Advanced Primavera P6 proficiency and schedule baselines.
• Experience with EVM, CPI/SPI, and cost-to-complete reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning across projects or portfolios, owning the full planning lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain schedules for pre-construction, construction, and commissioning.
• Analyse critical path, float, and milestone trends for senior management.
• Implement and manage EVM framework where required.
• Audit site progress and ensure schedule reflects on-site reality.
