Job summary

Nammo is seeking a Senior Systems and Analytics Specialist to strengthen People systems, workforce analytics, and digital capabilities across the organization. You will be Nammo’s corporate SME for People systems, analytics, and related tools.

You will develop dashboards and KPIs, drive data governance, and lead the annual engagement survey, coordinating with HR and IT teams to deliver actionable insights and improvements. The role is based in Norway with some travel.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing, managing, and improving HR systems.
• Experience with People data reporting and analytics.
• Ability to translate business needs into meaningful system enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining People dashboards, reporting, and analytics for leadership insights.
• Establishing KPIs and reporting standards to support planning and talent discussions.
• Leading annual employee engagement survey rollout, analysis, and reporting to management.
• Owning People systems, including Cornerstone implementation and optimization.
• Managing upgrades, testing, releases, vendor relationships, and user guides.
• Identifying opportunities to simplify and automate People processes.
• Improving data quality and governance for People data with IT and stakeholders.
• Advising colleagues, providing training, and supporting adoption of tools.
