Job summary

Nammo is a world-leading provider of specialty ammunition, shoulder-fired weapons and rocket motors. We seek a Senior Systems and Analytics Specialist to strengthen our People systems, workforce analytics, and digital capabilities across the organization.

You’ll work with People & Culture, IT, HR, and business leaders to improve data quality, standardize reporting, and implement Cornerstone. The role is based in Raufoss, Norway, with some travel, and requires eligibility for national security

Qualifications

• Relevant higher education in HR, business, information systems, analytics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience implementing, managing, and improving HR systems and People data.
• Ability to explain systems and data clearly in English and Norwegian (or another Scandinavian language).
• Eligible for security clearance by national security authorities.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining People dashboards, reporting, and analytics.
• Establishing People KPIs and reporting standards.
• Leading Nammo’s annual employee engagement survey.
• Acting as functional owner of People systems, including Cornerstone.
• Managing system upgrades, testing, releases, vendor relations, documentation, and user guidance.
• Identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate People processes.
• Improving data quality and establishing clear principles for People data ownership and governance.
• Advising colleagues and leaders, providing training, and supporting the adoption of People systems and digital tools.
