Nammo is a world-leading provider of specialty ammunition, shoulder-fired weapons, and rocket motors. As we continue to grow, reliable People data and effective digital solutions are increasingly important. We’re now looking for a Senior Systems and Analytics Specialist to strengthen our People systems, workforce analytics, and digital capabilities across the organization.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting technology, data, and business needs. You’ll work with Group People & Culture, IT, HR teams, and business leaders to improve how Nammo uses People data, develops its systems, and simplifies processes. The role combines strategic development with hands‑on delivery, including the implementation and continuous improvement of Cornerstone.
What you’ll do
As our Senior Systems and Analytics Specialist, you’ll be Nammo’s corporate subject matter expert for People systems, workforce analytics, and digital solutions. You’ll help establish common standards while ensuring that solutions remain practical, scalable, and relevant to the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and maintaining People dashboards, reporting, and analytics that give leaders reliable workforce insights.
Establishing People KPIs and reporting standards, and supporting workforce planning, organizational design, and talent discussions through analysis.
Leading Nammo’s annual employee engagement survey, from rollout and analysis to reporting results to management and coordinating follow‑up actions with leaders and HR teams.
Acting as functional owner of People systems, including leading the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of Cornerstone.
Managing system upgrades, testing, releases, vendor relationships, documentation, and user guidance.
Identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate People processes.
Improving data quality and establishing clear principles for People data ownership and governance in collaboration with IT and other stakeholders.
Advising colleagues and leaders, providing training, and supporting the adoption of People systems and digital tools.
What we’re looking for
You can make systems and data useful to others, and you follow improvements through to implementation. We will place particular emphasis on the following qualifications:
Required
Relevant higher education in HR, business, information systems, analytics, or a related field.
Strong experience in a comparable role, including hands‑on work implementing, managing, and improving an HR system, as well as working with People data and reporting.
A solid understanding of HR processes and experience translating needs into system improvements or useful reporting.
The ability to work across functions and explain systems and data clearly in English and Norwegian or another Scandinavian language.
Experience with complex system environments, international organizations, or manufacturing, defense, or a similarly complex industry would be an advantage. Experience with Cornerstone or large-scale employee surveys would also be useful.
You’ll have the opportunity to shape how Nammo develops and uses People systems and analytics across an international organization. Working closely with People & Culture, IT, and the business, you’ll help build consistent reporting, improve data quality, and reduce manual work. You’ll have responsibility for conducting analyses, managing system activities, and implementing approved improvements, with a clear connection between your work and the decisions it supports.
The position is based in Raufoss, Norway. We are open to other Nammo locations if you are willing to spend time working from Raufoss. Some travel should be expected.
Please note that this position requires a security clearance. You must be eligible for clearance by the relevant national security authorities. We will inform you of any additional requirements, in accordance with applicable regulations.
